Inside Support Groups

Our support groups are small, confidential spaces to talk through OCD and intrusive thoughts with those who understand. Each session is theme specific, with a variety of themes across all groups as well as theme wide groups to cater to everyone’s needs.

Each session is hosted by a different member/s of our team, bringing our own experience and approach, so you can find the space that feels right for you.

The session will include psycho education and a Q&A/sharing session.

Meet the team to see who’s leading each session and get to know who you will be sharing with.

We want you to get the most out of these sessions, so they are capped at max 15 people but may be less.

If you aren’t ready to be speaking about your experience directly you can simply sit and listen/use the call chat tool to communicate.

Full members get access to 3 support groups a month and beginner memberships get access to 1 support group a month, all spanning different themes and hosts.

Browse our upcoming public support groups below. Tickets cost £7.50 per session. Spaces limited to 15 places per session.
