WHERE INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS LOSE THEIR POWER
Welcome to Inside Intrusive by Molly Lambert!
An OCD support organisation founded by me and supported by a team of professionals and advocates, committed to making compassionate, accessible OCD support available to everyone.

Built on two different types of memberships, you will have access to a range of OCD/intrusive thought support services from support groups to live virtual events.
This is a support service not a replacement for therapy.

Support groups
The support groups will run through the membership scheme.
As a full member you will have access to 2 support groups each month, with support groups being hosted by me and other professionals and advocates.
There will be a booking system once you’re a member with a monthly rota of the theme specific support groups to book onto.
Events
The online events will take place twice a month, one for those with the beginners membership and one for those with the full membership.
These will be a livestream hosted on Zoom by myself, professionals and advocates hosting with moderation of the chat.
Each time may change in terms of structure, from professionals presenting techniques, advocates telling their stories, but mainly a panel Q&A.
In person events will take place outside of the membership but members will have first access and 20% off.
Primarily located in Manchester or London, think sip and paints, OCD network/panel event, yoga, just a fun event bringing together people with the same difficulties (but fun!).
Unashamed Blog
The lived experience blog is one of my favourite parts of this space.
This is where you can submit your blog on OCD, ideally stories of hope (not linear) or something that has helped you or just simply sharing your story somewhere.
These will be monitored slightly and refined, and then put up onto the site for people to read when they need to feel less alone.
INSIDE INTRUSIVE CUSTOMER REVIEWS
“Inside Intrusive is such a welcoming and supportive space, I felt at ease instantly and Molly is brilliant in how she advocates for OCD and supports those of us with OCD. The groups immediately made me feel less alone.”
“I know the Inside Intrusive support group helps so many people, but for me personally it was the first place I felt comfortable talking openly about my OCD. I started ERP last year, and for the past few months I’ve been joining Molly’s support group alongside therapy. I genuinely feel like it’s helped speed up my progress. It gave me a safe space to say things out loud, be met with understanding, and build the confidence to start having more open conversations with family and friends.”
“I discovered the Inside Intrusive podcast during a desperate search to find someone who understood what I was experiencing. Hearing Molly’s story made a huge difference to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for it.”
