The Inside Intrusive Team

Molly Lambert
I am Molly! The founder of Inside Intrusive and a content creator and advocate for OCD. I began posting about my experiences with intrusive thoughts before I was diagnosed in 2024 after gaining confidence through therapy and finally opening up to people in my life.
I posted purely with the hopes of speaking to others who had been through the same and for someone who like me who was living in fear to see it and know they aren’t alone.
Since my diagnosis and sharing my experience, I could never have imagined the community that would grow from it. Before becoming Inside Intrusive, I hosted weekly support groups, supporting people with different forms of OCD by sharing my experiences, therapy tools, and insights gained from professionals over the years.
I’m so excited to continue this on a larger scale and bring even more support through our incredible and diverse team.

Natalie Altman
I’m Natalie, a PR professional from London. I’ve been in the industry for five years (since graduating from university) and I absolutely love it.
I’ve had OCD and health anxiety for as long as I can remember and have had approximately 10 therapists/ counsellors/ psychologists.
I’ve also previously been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I absolutely love my life and am engaged to my incredibly supportive fiancé. We actually starred in a new Channel 5 documentary ‘Do You Have OCD?’ earlier this year.
I feel incredibly lucky that I can thrive despite having severe health anxiety and OCD – I want to encourage others to access help and talk to people so that they can do the same.
Additionally, people have always been shocked to find out I struggled and I want people to know that you can have it all on the outside (amazing family, friends, social life, good job) and still suffer. I want to encourage people to break the stigma and feel empowered to talk about it. After all, a problem shared is a problem halved.

Katie Rytchalov
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m an OCD advocate and founder of @the_ocdproject. A platform where I used my lived experience to break the stigma, share the realities of OCD, and support others affected by the condition.
I am excited to be part of the Inside Intrusive team and continue to use my lived experience with OCD to remind people others that they are not alone, and that recovery is possible.

Georgia Edwards
Hi, I’m Georgia. I’m 24, live in Dorset, and I’m training to become an integrative counsellor. My passion for counselling comes from my own experience of living with OCD and Ulcerative Colitis.
For many years, I felt isolated and overwhelmed by my mental and physical health. Through education, therapy, and the support of others, I’ve learned that recovery isn’t about never struggling. It’s about understanding yourself, asking for help, and moving forward with self compassion.
I’m excited to be part of Inside Intrusive, helping to raise awareness of OCD and remind people that they are not alone. I hope my personal and professional experiences help others see that OCD doesn’t have to define their future and that recovery is possible.

Helen Cawley
Hi, I’m Helen. I’m a Psychotherapist with 13 years of experience working within the NHS. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), which allows me to tailor my approach to the individual and their experiences.
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is getting to know people and hearing their stories. I believe that understanding a person’s experiences, values, and challenges is an important part of helping them move forward. My approach is warm, friendly, and non-judgemental, and I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves.
I have a particular interest in OCD and enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences. A big part of my work involves normalising the thoughts and feelings that can often leave people feeling isolated or misunderstood. I’m passionate about helping people develop a different relationship with anxiety and uncertainty, while recognising that many of the experiences OCD latches onto are simply part of being human.

Jay Deakin
My name is Jay and I have lived with OCD most of my life and I also found out I am autistic a few years ago. Contamination, harm, magical thinking and Body Dismorphia are some of the main themes I have currently, however I have experienced a lot of different themes over the years.
I run my own men’s mental health organisation called TALKHUB C.I.C which I set up in February 2020 to help men through walk and talks, football, boxing and various other activities. Alongside this I am passionate about raising awareness around OCD and share my story to help others to understand what OCD really is.
I am a massive Everton fan and follow them home and away every week! I used to be an amateur boxer and I love training whether that be boxing, running, kettlebells or playing football.
A favourite quote of mine that a friend once said to me when I was feeling low has always stuck with me ” You’ve got through a 100% of your bad days”
You can follow me @talkhub_ on Instagram and Tiktok.
