Online therapy for OCD and anxiety
Keith Neville · Integrative psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Keith, an integrative psychotherapist working online and in-person. I work integratively, meaning I draw on CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT and attachment-based approaches.
With all forms of OCD, I help clients understand the cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance seeking and self-doubt, while also exploring the past experiences, relationships and beliefs that may have contributed to a loss of trust in themselves.

Therapy that goes beyond managing symptoms
My work is not only about reducing symptoms. As someone with lived experience of OCD, I also help clients build self-trust, develop a stronger sense of what they deserve from life, and make choices guided more by their values, relationships, interests and enjoyment, rather than by fear, guilt or obligation.
I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to understand both current difficulties and the experiences that may be contributing to them.
This can include looking at intrusive thoughts, reassurance seeking, compulsions and self-doubt, alongside relationships, beliefs and personal experiences.
Keith brings both professional training and personal experience of OCD to his work, with a focus on helping clients develop self-trust and reconnect with what matters to them.
