Support Groups
Our online OCD Support Groups bring people together to learn about different OCD themes, hear from a facilitator and connect with others who understand. Sharing is always optional. Individual sessions cost £7.50, and eligible bookings are included with membership.

Support Group FAQs
It is completely understandable to have questions before joining an online group. Here is what you can expect.
Do I have to turn on my camera or microphone?
No. You are very welcome to attend with your camera and microphone off. You can simply listen or use the chat if you prefer. There is no expectation to introduce yourself by discussing personal intrusive thoughts.
What happens during a support group?
Most sessions last about an hour and include up to 15 people. Each group focuses on an OCD theme, such as false memory OCD or harm OCD, or welcomes people with a mix of experiences. A facilitator usually starts with an introduction and helpful information, followed by questions and optional discussion. The exact theme and host are shown on each event page.
Can I join if I am not a member?
Yes. You can book a Support Group for £7.50 without being a member. Beginner membership costs £12.50/month and includes one eligible group booking; Full costs £25/month and includes three. If you are a member, please sign in before booking. Places are subject to availability.
Will everything I say stay confidential?
We ask everyone to respect the privacy of others and not share names, personal stories, screenshots or recordings outside the group without permission. As with any group, absolute confidentiality cannot be promised. Our safeguarding policy explains when the team may need to act on a serious safety concern.
What if the group I want to attend is full?
Each Support Group has a maximum of 15 places. If the date you wanted is fully booked, you can look through the other upcoming groups and choose a different date or topic. Membership does not guarantee a place in a sold-out session.
