About Inside Intrusive
Inside Intrusive is a welcoming OCD community founded by Molly Lambert, bringing together lived experience, online support groups, events and people who understand what it can feel like to live with intrusive thoughts.
How Inside Intrusive began
Molly created Inside Intrusive after sharing her own experiences of OCD online and hearing from so many people who felt isolated. Today, it offers groups, talks, community events and personal stories, with support from therapists, other professionals and lived-experience advocates.

A few helpful answers about the community and how you can take part.
What is Inside Intrusive?
Inside Intrusive is a community for people affected by OCD and intrusive thoughts. Molly Lambert founded it to make understanding, conversation and connection easier to find. The website brings together online support groups, smaller therapist-led group discussions, virtual panels, in-person events and lived-experience stories. It is not a replacement for individual OCD treatment.
Is the organisation led entirely by Molly?
Molly founded the community and continues to be its familiar face, but different team members and guests lead different groups and events. Our team page introduces their roles and backgrounds, and each event listing tells you who is involved.
Do I need to become a member to take part?
No. You can read the blog without joining, and many groups and panels can be booked individually. Beginner membership costs £12.50/month and Full membership costs £25/month if you expect to attend regularly. You can compare membership plans before deciding.
