Group Therapy
Group Therapy sessions are smaller, therapist-led online OCD groups with up to seven people. They offer more time for discussion and questions, while still being a group experience rather than a private therapy appointment. You can book individually for £15 or use an eligible membership place.
What to expect from a smaller group
A therapist or relevant professional guides each discussion and may introduce useful ideas or approaches for understanding OCD. You are welcome to listen, ask a question or use the chat, depending on the session format.
Group Therapy prices and membership
Beginner members can use their one included monthly group booking for an eligible Group Therapy session. Full members can attend three eligible groups a month, including up to one Group Therapy session. Please sign in and check availability before booking.
Sessions are limited to seven places. Choose a date, check the named facilitator and reserve your place on the event page. If you would rather book individually, the one-off price is £15. Group sessions do not replace one-to-one OCD treatment.

Group Therapy FAQs
A few helpful answers about our smaller, therapist-led OCD sessions.
How is Group Therapy different from a Support Group?
Support Groups are facilitated discussions with up to 15 people, including OCD information and optional peer sharing. Group Therapy sessions are smaller, with up to seven people, and are led by a therapist or relevant professional. The smaller format allows more time for focused discussion. Individual tickets cost £7.50 for Support Groups and £15 for Group Therapy.
Is this one-to-one therapy?
No. Although we call this format Group Therapy, these are educational and supportive group sessions, not one-to-one appointments or personalised clinical OCD treatment. If you are looking for an individual treatment plan, please speak with an appropriately qualified clinician.
How many people can join?
There are up to seven participants. Having a smaller group can allow more time for questions and discussion, but you are still welcome to take part at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?
You do not have to turn your camera or microphone on if you are uncomfortable doing so. Using the chat may help the facilitator understand your questions, but you can choose what you share. Check the individual listing for any session-specific expectations.
Can I book a session without a membership?
Yes. Group Therapy sessions can be booked individually for £15. If you are a member, sign in before booking: Beginner members can use their one monthly group place for an eligible session, while Full members can use up to one of their three monthly places for Group Therapy.
