A new offering at Inside Intrusive is group therapy, with a smaller group where our therapists can utilise their therapeutic practice and teachings.
Time: November 15th 11am BST
What to expect:
- Groups of max 8 people
- Psychoeducation with therapeutic tools
- 1-1 sharing session (don’t need to use audio or camera)
- More personal and specialised support
