Virtual Panels
Our virtual panels are friendly, live online conversations about OCD and intrusive thoughts. Molly and the team welcome professionals and lived-experience advocates to talk through a topic and answer questions. You can join with a one-off ticket or use included access through your membership.
Join an OCD panel from home
Panels usually feature a guided discussion or Q&A. You can listen to the speakers, and the event description will explain whether there is an opportunity to submit questions. You do not need to speak about your own experiences.
Virtual panel membership and tickets
Both Beginner and Full members can attend eligible live virtual panels as part of their membership. Events are generally held twice a month, with different OCD-related topics and guest speakers.
Choose an upcoming panel and sign in before booking to use your included access. If you miss a panel, members may receive a follow-up recording link for that event. Older recordings have their own listings and access terms.

Virtual Panel FAQs
New to virtual panels? Here is what the experience is usually like.
What happens at a live virtual panel?
A virtual panel is an online event with Molly, invited professionals or OCD advocates. A moderator guides the discussion and questions, and some panels include presentations or stories from lived experience. Unlike a Support Group, you are mainly there to listen and learn. Each listing explains the topic and speakers.
Do I need a membership to attend?
No. Public virtual panels can be booked individually, usually for £7.50. Beginner and Full memberships also include eligible live panels, so members should sign in before booking. Check the individual event for its current price.
Do I have to speak on the panel?
No. Panel guests and the moderator lead the conversation. You can usually listen without speaking or sharing anything personal. If there is a Q&A, the booking page or host will explain how you can submit a question.
What if I miss the live session?
Virtual panels are generally recorded and recordings of missed panels may be shared with people who held membership at the time. You can also browse past panel recordings; older recordings may have separate prices or access conditions.
