a note from our founder
Meet Molly, our founder
Molly started sharing her experience of OCD and intrusive thoughts so that other people might recognise something of their own story.
Those conversations grew into Inside Intrusive: a community for support, shared experiences and thoughtful discussions with people who understand.

Our partner Swift Psychology offers specialist clinical services separately from Inside Intrusive. It is okay if that is the kind of support you are looking for.

A few things you might like to know before joining your first session.
Can I come along without a membership?
Yes. You can book individual groups and other eligible events without signing up to a monthly plan. If you would like to attend more often, our Beginner and Full memberships include monthly group bookings and live virtual panels. Places are subject to availability.
Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?
No. We know joining a new group can feel like a big step. In our Support Groups you are very welcome to listen with your camera and microphone off. You can also use the chat if you would prefer. There is no expectation to share your personal story.
Are these groups the same as individual therapy?
Inside Intrusive is here for peer support, education and community. Some group sessions are led by qualified therapists, but they are not a replacement for individual OCD treatment. If you would like to find out more, you can read about our groups before you book.
There is room for you here.
Have a look around, read a story or join a session whenever you feel ready.
